No visitors in the bedrooms.

No loud music or singing after 21.30 (9.30pm).

Obtain permission if you have visitors.

Owners are not responsible for any injury to guests or their visitors.

Report any damage to the management at the earliest.

Guests are responsible to look after their own valuables.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the bedrooms.

Any damage to the property or equipment will be charged to the guests.

Towels will be changed every 2 days while bed linen is changed every 4 days. Do NOT take towels out

The gates to the Villa will be locked at 22.30 (10.30pm), unless agreed with the management.

Washing machine can be used at Rs.750/– per wash load (4.5 kg).
Visitors

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight at the Villa. This includes the drivers who come with their guests.
Pool usage

Pool can be used between 06:00 (6.00am) and 21:00 (9.00pm).

Pool is available to Villa guests only. All visitors must obtain prior permission from owners. Visitors will be charged Rs.750/– per day per person.

Guests and visitors can hire pool towels at Rs.200/- per towel.

No glass objects can be used in the pool area.

No drinks or food allowed in the pool.

Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult; and the adult should be always responsible for the safety of the children including when they use the pool.

Use of bedrooms

Do NOT take food into the bedroom.

Close bedroom doors when the air-conditioner is switched on.

Turn off the air-conditioner and bedroom lights when you go out. To minimize the impact on the environment, management will switch off the air-conditioner if the guests have gone out of the premises. (The air-conditioner can be switched off from outside without entering the bedrooms)

Guests are responsible to safeguard their valuables. You can lock your bedroom when you go out

Use of kitchen

The guests who occupy the whole Villa may want to use the kitchen to prepare their meals. This can be arranged.

Other guests who occupy only the rooms can also use the kitchen with prior arrangement at an agreed fee.

Guests who would like to experience authentic Sri Lankan food can order meals, by prior arrangement . Menu available on request.

Since this is a common kitchen (unless you book the whole Villa), please be respectful of other guests and always keep the kitchen tidy.
